2Prerequisite: Enable SU Sales Embed Popup

🚨
This setting must be completed to enable the “Gift” icon at the bottom right corner of the online store homepage within the theme editor, allowing users to enable reward task pop-ups.
If not completed: Referral Program, membership tiers, and reward functions (including "Join reward tasks" and "Refer a friend to earn points") will not be displayed on the storefront.

Step 1:Click Enable SU Sales Embed popup on the Home page
Located at Boost Number of Customers In the Section, click the Yellow button Enable SU Sales Embed popup。The system will automatically redirect to the Shopify Theme Editor.

Step 1:Select Product
  • Product selection section: Input field/list button. Click the field on the right sidelist iconon the right side of the field to pop up the product list and select a flagship product.Required
  • Preview: Button located at the right side of the product section. After clicking, you can instantly preview the product’s appearance on the theme editor’s "Quick Buy Page."
  • Next: Button located at the bottom of the page. After confirming the product, click to enter the next step.

Step 2:Engaging Video (Visual Settings)
  • 15s mobile video: Hint section. Please prepare a 9:16 (1920×1080px) vertical video for the theme editor mobile view.
  • More: Link. Click to expand the Adobe Free Video Cropper tool description and video production guidelines of the theme editor.
  • Video Example Area: Reference component located below the page, showing different video styles of the theme editor for various categories as a reference for store owners.

Step 3:Instant Discount
  • Create promotion: Button located at the center of the page. Clicking it will open the Promotion Templates popup for detailed settings.
  • No need for promotion: Button. Clicking will skip the promotion settings and directly enter the next step.

Step 4:Before Launch
  • Test redirect to product page: Blue button located at the upper right side of the section. Please make sure to click this button to test if the link accurately directs to the product page.Required
  • Edit Promotion: Button. If any problem is found during testing, please click here to return and revise the promotion details.

Step 5:Share it(Share and Promote)
  • Free Share Captivating Videos: Link list section. Provides the theme editor’s exclusive Fast Buy Tracking Links for FB, IG, X, and TikTok. Please click on the right side.copy iconon the right to get the link.
  • Please connect account: Blue link located at the right side within the Paid Advertising Section. If you want to run ads, please click here to enter the Social Media Connection interface for integration setup.

Click Create promotion to open the Promotion Templates popup and enable the following five promotion logics:

Step 5 The copied link does not display the "Referral Gift Icon" on the storefront?
Please go to your Shopify Theme Editor, navigate to App Embeds, enable the SU Sales Embed switch and click Save.
VA (Visitors) is high, but SCR (Conversion Rate) is below 1%?
  • Enter Step 3 Increase the "Instant Discount" intensity (e.g., from 10% to 15%).
  • Enter Step 2 Replace with a more visually impactful product video.
Paid ad account cannot be connected?
Enter the Social Media Connection popup, verify that fields such as Access Token and Ad Account ID are correct, then please first click Test sync test successfully before clicking Save

Scenario Example:Set "Referral registration: Referrer earns 5 points, Referee (New Customer) earns 10 points. If the Referee (New Customer) spends over $100 on the referral page, featured products get an additional 5% discount."
Mutually Exclusive Rules:Referral Rewards and Instant Discount can be combined. If customers hold other coupons simultaneously, the system will apply the best price for the customer at checkout.

4FAQ

Gift Icon does not appear in the bottom right corner of the storefront?
Must go to Home page or Referral main page and click Enable popup. The system will redirect to the Shopify Theme Editor, please enable App Embeds on the left side. SU Sales Embed and click Save in the top right corner.
RRN (Registration Number) is high but RFCR (First Purchase Rate) is extremely low?
This indicates the rewards are attractive but product conversion is insufficient. Please enter Step 2 to increase the Referee (New Customer) Rewards amount in the theme editor, or replace the featured product with a more attractive bestseller in the theme editor.
Customer didn't receive points after referring a friend?
Please go to the left side menu Points Settings to check. Points are defaulted to officially credit only "after the product is delivered and receipt is confirmed", which is set in "Point Assign Day", to avoid return disputes.
How to manually adjust points?
Please go to the left side menu (click View More to expand) Points Management, search for the member and select, then expand Member Points in the right side panel and click Point Manual Adjustment to adjust points. You must enter a reason for the adjustment.

    Select Member Audience: option, located on the left side of the page. Choices include Each tier offers unique promotions or  Apply to all members

  • Recipient :Displays recipients corresponding to the selected Customer Labels
  • Edit Template: Click to enter Edit Template operation. You can click the left side operation panel to expand components such as Basic Info, Header, Banner, Promotion Contents, Image and Text, Button, Footer for visual editing.
  • Release: Button, located at bottom of the page. After clicking, officially execute remarketing send.

This module supports setting differentiated discounts for different member values:

4FAQ

Why does the audience list show 0?
Please go to Behavior Tracking Settings Confirm whether the corresponding action (e.g. Viewed) tracking switch of the theme editor is enabled.
Is the ACR (Abandoned Cart Rate) metric continuously high?
Increase the sending frequency of "Recovery Emails" of the theme editor, or provide higher-value limited-time discount codes in the emails.

FAQ

Set up add-on discount, but cart doesn't automatically reduce price?
  • Check Point 1:Enter Home to confirm if it has been clicked. Enable SU Sales Embed popup and saved in Shopify Admin.
  • Check Point 2:Enter the management page to confirm that the rule Status is displayed as Enabled instead of Draft
ATR (Attach Rate) is lower than expected?
This indicates that the add-on product is not attractive. Please replace the Free Gift item, or increase the Bonus PTS multiplier to make it more appealing to customers.
How does it work when points multiple rules overlap?
If Enabled Vary based on membership tiers, the system will prioritize the corresponding multiple of the customer's tier.
How to disable no longer needed campaigns?
Enter Boost Customer Purchase Volume Management, click Status in the event row to switch to Disable, or clicktrash iconto delete.

Please confirm the Date selection range at the top right corner of the theme editor is correct. If the date is correct, please check if the Home page is Enabled SU Sales Embed popup, otherwise the tracking Link will not be able to collect data.
Found abnormal data in a specific workflow (e.g., extremely low SCR), how to quickly fix it?
Return directly to Home and click the Manage button of that ecosystem (e.g., Manage Online Store traffic), click the event row right side of the theme editor Edit to enter Step 3 of that rule in the theme editor to adjust the discount strength.

Why didn't the customer see points credited after placing an order?
By default, the system credits points only after "product delivery and confirmation of receipt." Please enter Points Settings to confirm the Points Assign Day setting.
How to manually handle points disputes (such as missing points or compensation)?
Enter left side menu Points Management → search for member → in the right side panel expand Member Points, click Point Manual Adjustment to add or deduct points. You must enter a Reason to complete the adjustment.
Points redemption option didn't appear on the checkout page?
Go to Home and click Enable SU Sales Embed popup and saved in Shopify Admin.
If a customer returns an item, will points be automatically deducted?
It is recommended to set the points credit time after the return period (e.g., 7 days). If points have already been credited, they must be manually deducted via Point Manual Adjustment. (Procedure: enter left side menu Points Management → search for member → in right side panel expand Member Points, click Point Manual Adjustment to deduct points. You must enter a Reason to complete the deduction.)

Enter in the Search Bar High Spend in the search bar and search, the system will filter based on Behavior Tracking tags.
Will the customer receive a notification after point adjustment?
The system will not actively notify. It is recommended to use Boost Repeat Customers to send a "Point Change Notification" Email.

Why can't the Gift icon be seen on the storefront?
Go to the Home or Referral main page, click Enable popup, confirm that the switch is enabled in the Shopify Admin under the theme editor App embeds and click Save.
Referee (New Customer) clicked the link but did not receive the reward?
  • Reason 1:Referee (New Customer) did not complete registration on the referral redirect page.
  • Reason 2:If the merchant sets the theme editor to 1st Order Award, the Referee (New Customer) must complete their first order before the reward is issued.
What to do if RRR (Referral Registration Rate) is too low?
This indicates that the current theme editor rewards (Points or Coupon amount) lack appeal to existing customers. Please enter Referral Program Setup to increase the Referrer Rewards value.
High RRN (registration number) but low RFCR (first order rate)?
Increase Referee (New Customer) Rewards, or optimize the visual appeal of featured products in the Boost Online Store Traffic module within the theme editor.
Campaign setting incomplete?
If the management list shows "Incomplete setting", please click Edit and enter the final step then click Complete to officially launch.

Tracking is enabled, but you can't see the audience in the "Boost Repeat Customers" module?
  • Check 1:Confirm that the corresponding switch in Behavior Tracking Settings in the theme editor has turned blue with the "Enabled" status.
  • Check 2:Confirm that the SU Sales Embed popup on the Home page in the theme editor is enabled and saved in the Shopify Admin.
After modifying spending threshold, will old tags update immediately?
Tags will be instantly calculated and updated based on new rules the next time the customer takes an action (such as browsing or placing an order).
Do Return tags affect points?
Return tags are mainly used for marketing segmentation. Points issuance is controlled by Points Settings, and by default, points are credited after order fulfillment to avoid disputes.

Highest Priority Setting: If this switch is turned off, all frontend automation functions will be disabled, including the Referral Gift Icon, points redemption box, and behavior-triggered popups.

Enabled SU Sales Embed and saved, but the Gift Icon still doesn’t show on the frontend?
  • Troubleshooting 1:Go back to SU Sales → Home, and click in the Boost Number of Customers section. Test button in Boost No. of Customers section, simulate customer perspective to confirm if component renders.
  • Troubleshooting 2:Check if the storefront has enabled Password Protection. If the store password is not entered, some App Embeds may not function properly outside preview mode.
  • How to find the storefront password: Sales channels in the left side menu. → Themes ,Click the “See password” button on the right side of the theme editor; the password is in the Password input field below.
Changed Shopify theme, need to reset?
Yes. App embeds are bound to a specific theme in the theme editor. If you publish a new theme, you must repeat the above steps in the new theme within the theme editor.
How to confirm if the current theme editor statistics are being reported correctly?
Enter the Dashboard. If the SU Boost Customers section status shows Active and the data changes, it means the embed is functioning correctly.

  • Wait 60 seconds before clicking Send Code again.
Cannot click Confirm button?

New and old password setting error?
If New Password and Confirm New Password do not match, the system will prohibit saving. Please re-enter.
Want to discard changes?
